The hotel is located in a serene place with stunning natural views that were awe-inspiring. The staff were friendly and hospitable, treating us like family and offering assistance whenever needed. the food was home-cooked, fresh and appetizing. We enjoyed meeting new people in the common room and hearing travel experiences, which added an extra touch of positivity to our stay.

There were a few technological issues that didn't meet our expectations. Access to mobile networks and the internet was very limited.

We loved the hotel's location, surrounded by amazing snowy mountains. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with local directions. The common room was a great place to meet new people and enjoy board games. The food was delicious and served hot. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well-maintained.

Stayed in a heavenly place with amazing views and caring staff. the rooms were cozy and clean, and the food was fantastic with limited options available. They provided a dual rod heater to keep us warm.

There's no room service. Due to the cold weather, going down every time to get food and water becomes a bit frustrating.

Although the food is edible, the unclean kitchen and oily dishes leave something to be desired.
